Susquehanna Health Foundation

Contributions to Susquehanna Health Foundation are used to support and carry out the mission of Susquehanna Health. This includes support for services provided at Williamsport Regional Medical Center, Divine Providence Hospital, Muncy Valley Hospital and other subsidiary organizations, or other non-profit healthcare providers that promote the health and welfare of the community. Below is a list of funds you can designate your gift to, but does not include all of the fund options:

Greatest Need

Used for the priority health care needs of our community.

Susquehanna Health Cancer Center

Supports the needs of cancer patients. Use of funds includes the purchase of state-of-the-art technology, patient educational materials, turbans and wigs for chemotherapy patients and support of the Susquehanna Health Cancer Center van service.

Susquehanna Home Care & Hospice

Supports services provided to homebound patients regardless of their ability to pay.

Kathryn Candor Lundy Breast Health Center

Supports comprehensive breast health services offered to the women of our community.

Hospitality Inn™

Provides free lodging for out-of-town family members of patients at Williamsport Regional Medical Center and Divine Providence Hospital.

Friends Acknowledging Nurses (FAN)

A special fund that supports the education and recognition of Susquehanna Health's top-quality nursing staff.

Muncy Valley Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit

Helps sustain the services of the Muncy Valley Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit including quality, compassionate long-term care and rehabilitative services.

Community Health Improvement

Supports a variety of community-based outreach programs including LifeCenter™, SH Senior Centers and multiple community programs.

Heart & Vascular Institute

Supports the needs of cardiac patients.

Emergency Departments (Williamsport Regional Medical Center and Muncy Valley Hospital)

Support the needs of emergency care in our region.

The Gatehouse (Inpatient Hospice Unit)

Supports the needs of our inpatient hospice unit with patients who need specialized pain and symptom management, who are experiencing a family crisis or who are actively dying.

The Birthplace™

Supports the needs of families and their new babies including our Level II Nursery.

Rehabilitation Center

Supports the needs of both our inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs.
