Participants are:
- Newly licensed graduate nurses
- RNs with less than two years' recent inpatient experience
Components include:
- Advanced Clinical Concepts course
- Ventilator course
- Basic Arrhythmia course
- ACLS
- IV Certification
- Precepted clinical experiences
Requires two-year RN employment commitment upon successful completion of fellowship.
