Community Building
The year begins with a welcome picnic for new residents as part of a 10 day paid orientation process. This period is an opportunity to meet the other first-year residents with whom you will be working and sharing your professional and personal lives over the next three years. It is also an opportunity for you to meet our other residents, staff and faculty. Shortly after, a gala graduation party is held to recognize the graduating residents, their families and friends.
Team Building
A major highlight of the resident year is our off-campus Team-Building Retreat where residents take part in team-building games and challenge themselves to reach for new and higher mental and physical goals.
